'No regrets' for sins or failures
- dwelling on the past,
Faintings, stumblings - all forgiven
making me - FREE - at last!
TODAY - is all that I can carry
choose NOT - the 'past' to bear,
For 'yesterday' is all over
& its 'weights' I cannot wear!
We can only 'face' tomorrow
as it comes - TODAY,
For if we live in pain & sorrow
we'll only 'grieve' for yesterday!
This old world is tired & weary
sick in 'mind' & 'spirit',
Living on our 'past' mistakes
then the 'future' - we can't hear it!
Drowned out by our crying
as we foolishly bear our 'past',
Oh, my dear children - COME -
& let CHRIST - free 'YOU' - at last!
He's 'waiting' & He's 'willing'
ready - His help to give,
So that you can march 'forward'
& have - a 'real life' - to live! 5/29/99

What an 'awesome' thing
to know that God forgives, *
Because of JESUS CHRIST
I know that I shall live.
How wonderful to know
when our hearts begin to go away, *
JESUS comes to find us *
so we won't completely stray.
What 'rejoicing' up in Heaven *
near God's Great White Throne,
Over one lost sinner who repented
& came running back home.
A man who 'humbles' himself *
shall always be honored by God,
It really is a pleasure to 'serve'
while on this earth we plod.
Don't give up 'praying'
for others who have strayed,
For JESUS is seeking to find them *
even if they're hiding in a cave.
Don't be like the 'older brother' *
full of 'jealousy & hate',
For unless he 'repented' *
he won't make it through The Gate!
We ARE our 'brother's keeper'
so stay on your knees & pray, *
Seek His Face for 'others'
so they'll 'turn back' - TODAY! 3/26/96
