“ ‘INWARD’ PEACE!”

We must have that ~ ‘inward’ PEACE
from God ~ to ‘press on’,
The ‘PEACE’ that passes understanding *
& puts in our heart ~ a Song.
A Song of ‘Joy & Gladness’
just to be with CHRIST,
For He is ‘enough’
yes, ‘His Presence’ WILL suffice!
‘Entreat’ our hearts dear Lord
& draw us ‘to’ Yourself,
And let Thy Will be done
lest we be ~ put back ~ on a shelf!
A ‘shelf’ in the furnace *
that’ll rid us of our dross,
So when ‘troubles’ come our way
we’ll REMAIN very, very close!
‘Obedient’ to Your Will
no matter what the cost,
For no amount of money or things
should keep You from being ‘Boss’!
Doing what ‘You’ Command
even though all ‘seems’ wrong,
For as long as there is ‘inward’ PEACE
we can ‘keep on’ singing our Song!
Trusting You ‘implicitly’
not letting ‘self’ get in the way,
By allowing the ‘destroyer ~
of peace’ ~ come in & have his way.
As only we ‘ourselves’
can let ‘worries & cares’ take over,
Disrupting our ‘PEACE with God’
making us run for cover.
Running & hiding ‘away’ from God
instead of entering our ‘Secret Place’, *
Letting that ‘difficulty’ rule
instead of ‘seeking’ GOD’S Face!
Now ‘LEARN’ to let ALL troubles
that touch your lives each day,
Chase you TO The Father
& have ‘PEACE & CALM’ alway!
