Remember Judas' sin was 'greed' *
he always wanted 'more',
'Living' with Jesus wasn't enough
for HE was always 'poor'.
Judas sought to 'gain the world' *
yet lost his very soul, *
He let the 'devil' enter *
& gave him full control. *
He never really 'saw' Jesus
his blinded eyes only saw 'gold',
Never seeing the 'richest Treasure' ~
to the devil ~ his soul he sold!
Oh, how could he ever do it
you might ask yourself,
Instead of looking at 'Jesus'
he kept his eyes on 'self'!
Judas never 'grew'
in the wisdom & knowledge of Christ,
Even though he walked with Him
& could have been given ~ Eternal Life!
So be very careful
your eyes are looking 'up',
KEEP them 'focused' on JESUS
then, you too, can sit & sup ~
